Unintentionally involved in a posco case Unintentionally involved in a posco case

Last week I was informed from cyber police that my IP is associated with a POSCO case. One of my family friend is a online journalist and he did a video regarding a sensitive case. In that video he shown victims parents and neighbour photo. He captured that video in his camera and edited in his computer. The video published online has his name, face and logo of his channel. Also I don't work for him Unfortunately due to some internet issues he came to our house to upload that video in his channel and at that time we did'nt know his was about a sensitive case. Because we know him, we allowed him to use internet without questions. However someone complained about that video and it came under posco. The police is saying that I can be arrested for partnering in this crime which I voluntarily did not. I am planning to go aboard and if I get arrested my future will be gone. What are the legal precautions that i should take to prove my innocence.
Thank You

A.Dear Client
Your case proves that even internet facilities are to be guarded as private property and not to be shared with anyone regardless of the situations. In this case narrate the whole story to the police and also share the MAC ID used to upload the video. Since this MACHINE ID belongs to your friend hence you will be expunged from the case.
