we have filed a property suit case against our uncle etc., we have not received any kind of land out of the total property of 11 kanals of land which should be equally distributed in four share holders in which one is our Grand Father. we have field a property suit case by our father in the year 1998 something. in 2014 the file was in last arguments due to 2014 floods the final decision in this regard delayed and in 2017 it was in possession of one of the judge for final decisions and in 2018 one of our uncle violated status co issues by court in 2018. but time timely request to the judge which wash transferred and put file with him from 2019 for final decision repeatedly request for submit back file to the court but at last we complaint in court after enquiry court has issued notification that the file was already put in cold store from 2017 due non follow of case ? we do not understand what is going wrong how can we restore the case because the advocate asked to field a new petition after 21 years. I post my question how can we restore a case with out file new case and summoning any one again?
