Mental torture through continuous calling on my phone

I get calls and sms daily from a particular person and also he sent parcel at my home intentionally as I’m not replying to his calls and sms…I said that i don’t want to talk…and he is doing this from past 10 months…it’s a mental torture for me….I changed my number but i don’t know how he got my new number and started doing same thing…as i have blocked his number, he calls me from different numbers

May I know what is the reason that he is doing all this? If there are no genuine reason and he has been a trouble to you then you can visit the local police station and lodge a complaint against him to stop all this nuisance for ever.
