Unfair dismissal / discharge from army

Sir was deserted army from 38 week of training (total 42 weeks training) due to some family health issues, after that they send me 2 debit balance receipts to be paid as full and final settlement which i paid, after 2 years i was gone to military canteen with my friends canteen card where they asked me for my i card and i show them, after that they contacted my training center and keep me in custody, after that they sent me to training center and follow court marshal procedure and give 89 days of punishment with rigourous imperisonmen, after that i requested them to keep me in service but they dismissed me by army rule 13 (3) IV - Unlikely to become efficient soldier on 03/05/2017. Now zila sainik board not giving me ex service men card and also pension is not allocated. Can we now appeal for justice and is there chances to win ?
looking at your history it appears that you have very less chance of winning this case as out of 42 weeks yo have been absconding for 38 weeks. I don't think that any tribunal or forum would be passing out judgement in your favour. ( The advice may vary after looking at your documents)
