Sir mere uncle ne hamko nuksan pahuchane ke liye farzi wasiyat bna kar pushteni jamin ek sanstha walo ko daan de di hai. Sanstho wale economic & prasasnik tor par takatwar hai. Wasiyat ke ek gawah ne sapath ptar diya hai ki is par sign jhut bolkar karwaye hai. Mere samne aesi koi wasiyat nahi hui hai. Wasiyat 1989 ki batayi hai lekin ye 2008 me bani hai.. adj court ne civil case kharij kar diya ki mere father me apni sisters ko pakshkar nahi banaya. Sir koi suggestions de. Wasiyat ke stamp ki jankari kese nikale ya kya krna chahiye?
