Divorce -against my wife Divorce -against my wife

I have file divorce case against my wife because now she don't want to stay with my Mom Dad, and she file false complaints against my Family in Bharosa Cell and Police Station. Me and my wife own property (flat) I am the borrower and she is the co-borrower. So my question is can i stop her by going her to that house? I guess "NO" but as our property sell deed still is pending and what if i sign sell deed only on my name? so then can i stop her by going her to that house? and what if we finalise the divorce then the court give her 50% share of the property or that is just mine? but on bank loan her name is there on documents.

A.Dear Client
Since she is a co-borrower the bank will not allow you to register the property solely on your name and as per the procedure her name too will be included in the Sale Deed. That means she is also an owner of 50% of the flat and in that case you can forbid her from coming to that flat.
