Pigeon droppings on neighbour roof sheet Pigeon droppings on neighbour roof sheet

Apartment Our neighbour has recently illegally put up a structure on his private terrace and the polycarbonate sheet is just below my balcony. Now the pigeon droppings on the sheet is a serious health hazard. Who should own the responsibility of cleaning. Is it the property management or the person who has put up the structure. If so what is the frequency of cleaning that can be insisted, as everyday the pigeon droppings is increasing

A.Dear Client
Since the owner has put an extra structure on the building hence it should be his duty and responsibility to clean that on whatever basis agreed between the owner and the society association. You should involve the association in this too.
