Is there any time limit with in which we have to appeal against award passed by labour court in high court?

A.Labour Court award can be appealed in the Appeallate body of labour Court itself as per my knowledge within 30 days of the receipt of the Order of the Court as per the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act,1950. Thank you.

A.Dear Client,
If the appeal is against the decree passed by lower court in civil suit, the limitation is 90 days from the date of decree Or order for High Court.For any other court the Appeal should be filed under 30 days from the date of Decree or order.
