Sir, if someone issue stock(foodgrain) against release order to party from godown-1 instead of godown-2 due to ambiguous release order issue from higher office. when godown keeper know that the release order is ambiguous, due to some circumstances(pressure by higher office) godown keeper shifted stock from godown-2 to godown-1 and shows in account that stock issued from godown -2 to party. now party says that godown keeper do 420 with him and stock were sold instead of shifted on party's release order. while stock are kept in godown-1 not sold. in this case is FIR lodge under IPC 420 against godown keeper whereas party says that godown keeper issued stock 2 times 1s from godown-1 and again from godown-2.

A.Dear Client
If the stocks are moved from godown 2 to 1 and still kept there then let the investigation agency find it out and put the real facts on the report. This way the 420 case will be closed basis the facts and investigation report.
