A.Dear Client,
A Civil Suit for an injunction can be filed. The prayer is made to the Court for restraining the party from the disposal of the property and a civil suit for declaration and possession. A suit for cancellation of conveyance deed vide which the property was transferred.

A.To give opinion it is necessary to scrutinize the concerned documents. It is also necessary to know when you came to know about such sale by your cousin and in whose possession the property is because it is necessary to challenge that Sale Deed praying for cancellation of the same before the competent Court after giving proper notice to the seller and buyer.
