PF amount rs 73000 became hidden during online transfer PF amount rs 73000 became hidden during online transfer

PF balance of my previous account (rs 73000) was online transferred to new account (Haridwar to Goa), passbook of previous account showing amount transferred but in new account 0 amount updated (73000 lost during transfer). I have contacted by mail to both EPFO zonal office but Haridwar saying amount transferred you can check claim status and Goa saying amount not received. The issue is pending since 1 year. I have filed online grievance in EPFO and I have done all possible attempts from my side but till now no benefit.

A.Dear Client,
In Such cases of missing bank transactions, we should first contact the AGM of the bank and in case there is no redressal within 30 days then write to the ombudsman branch of RBI attaching both the passbook and online transaction receipt. The instance shall be inquired by RBI and appropriate redressal shall be soon provided.
Thank you.
