Now the problem is my husband don't like me and he find mistake in all the things I do and he us very caring about his mother but he is always yelling at kids and me. I want to be away from him. Let him take care of his mother and I 'll look after my kids. I just want him to free meand my kids and let us live. What needs to be done .

A.you can either go for judicial separation or mutual consent divorce under Special Marriage Act. Where a decree for judicial separation has been passed neither party can remarry, while in MCD both parties can remarry. For better guidance you can either contact me or any local lawyer from Vidhikarya.

A.Dear Mam ,
The question which you have mentioned here has to thought more by a practical angle rather than an emotional angle . You can opt for a mutual divorce with an adequate amount of alimony, so that it suits your needs and supports your future .

A.Discuss with him and explain to him your difficulties. Suggest that you stay with kids separately for some time, maybe in a nearby location. If everything fails, then suggest for mutual consent divorce, and if he does not agree, go for divorce on ground cruelty and other grounds based on your experience.
