I have filed a Criminal case under Section 156/3 of the CRPc for offences punishable under Section 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 478 of the IPC against the Respondent. The matter has been fully argued in details, discussed and heard by the Court on 15/04/2021 and the matter is also listed for 10 times on board but no Orders are given.

A.Dear Client
It is quite surprising the matter under Section 156(3) is held up for such a long period. Usually these kinds of matters get wrapped up very fast. You need to consult your lawyer and find out the reason for such a delay to take appropriate actions.
