Pension Nominee issue

My grandfather died in 2018 was a pension holder of RIMS Ranchi. As per rule My grandma is Nominee but due to some error with name they refused to proceed the pension after giving and demanding a set of forms. We don't have strong document to claim it.
What should we do?

You need to sort out the issues with the name first by making an affidavit and then apply for the family pension. If they donot honour then you can file a case in High Court of Jharkhand and seek the relief that you want to.
