I have girl 9yrs old,but we are getting divorse,I need ful custody of my child

As per your information , you have processed for getting divorce, and you need full custody of your child. In that situation court after filling petition may consider the financial as well as interest of the child and also child 's willingness with whom to reside (father or mother). Court after hearing both side may decide and can order for the better interest of the child

It would have been better if you would have stated whether you are the mother or the father. Anyways as per the law mother is taken as natural guardian of the child and she automatically gets the custody. For a father to have the custody he has to show very strong reasons in the court of law.
