Father's name correction Father's name correction

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am Azhrudeen and my father's name in all of my academic certificates ,degree (10, 12, graduation and Post Graduation) and IDs ( Adhaar, PAN card , DL) is SHAUKEEN but his real name which he bears in his document is SHOKEEN . Now what should I do because it can create problems ahead in future.
I was rejected to take admission in free coaching by government as they require Income Certificate which has my father's name SHOKEEN mismatched with SHAUKEEN as in my documents. Kindly give legal ways to correct it or something else to make it all legal and correct.
Thanking you
Yours sincerely
Azhrudeen

A.Dear client,
You may try filing an application for correction in the name of your father, along with reasons for delay. If the authorities do not agree, then you may have to approach the high court by filing a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution.
Thank you.

You should visit the court premises and seek a help of a lawyer to prepare an affidavit from first class judicial magistrate stating that Shaukeen and Shokeen bot belong to the same and one person and basis that you can go ahead with your future planning anywhere.
