Demand of college fees when the college is not running

Sir I have finalized my fees in a private institution under scheduled Tribes scholarship. Now there s a delay from government for not running college due to corona now the college is demanding fees. And that college is not letting me to appear for exams.whst should I do?
A.Dear Client,
You have the right to claim your scholarship and pay the amount accordingly. Covid does not waive your right to appear exams. You can approach the Court regarding violation of your fundamental rights.
