Communal AGM resolution passed Communal AGM resolution passed

AGM was conducted in our society, where limited like minded people have passed a resolution of building a Temple inside the society premises. Whereby such topic was not published in the agenda circulated. We (4 People) have registered our objections in writing. However there are many who are not in agreement but not coming forward due to Fear. Please suggest if such communal building is allowed in Society premises? Can AGM allowed to pass such resolution? Can we challenge such resolution?

A.Dear Client
Building anything within the premises of an apartment is the decision of the resident's of the apartment reflected through the association and voting rights. If the majority takes a decision then there is no problem but if the majority are against it then it can't be done and can be challenged in the court of law.
