MY FRIEND GOT ACCIDENT HE WAS HIT BY THE JEEP WHILE DRIVING HER MOOPED TWO WHEELER . HE DOES NOT HAVE PROBER DOCMENTS LIKE LICENSE ,INSURANCE ....JEEP DRIVER HAVING LICENSE AND INSURANCE.
BUT THE MISTAKE WAS BYTHE JEEP DRIVER.
CAN MY FRIEND GET ANY COMPENSATION FOR IT BY THE THIRD PARTY INSURANCE FROM THE JEEP OWNER?

If your friend does not have license to drive then the court will not pass a favorable judgement in his favour. His riding the moped was illegal and without a license and hence he will not be eligible for compensation.
