Can I marry my first cousin once removed from my mother's side. She is my mother's cousin ( daughter of my mother's uncle) Is our relationship is under Sapinda relationship or not? Can we marry each other

A.Dear Client,
A person shall come under sapinda relation if they are related by any person within 5 generations from father's side and 3 generations from mother's side. thus if they share the same maternal great grandparents then they shall come under sapinda relation.
