I have given Rs.2.5Lakhs to one of the financial for Rs.2 interest after that I had put a Rs.2 Lakh chit fund. Totally 4.5 Lakhs. But now he refuses to give my money back. It’s been 6 months I have been following him to get my money. He was asking the excuses initially but not he says you do whatever you want. He and his wife are playing a drama that they are separated. His wife is asking why you are asking money to me? You should ask my husband only. But I have the document in which his wife also signed while getting money from me. When I go and ask them they are not responding properly. They send their dog to speak to me. Now that guy is absconded. Not picking any of my calls. His wife also not picking my calls. They are well settled. They have around 70 Lakhs own houses. I have his blank check leaf with duly signed and bonds also. Can you help me how to recover my money ?

A.Dear client
Firstly, ask him to return the money paid by you. Send a demand notice via your advocate. Then, if he does not return the money file a money suit against the proprietary with the District court under order 37 of CPC, 1908. That will be the quickest remedy possible.

A.If you have necessary documents to show that you had given money to other sode send them a legal notice and if they don't reply or comply with your notice terms in 15-30 days of receipt of the notice than you may think of initiating a legal suit against them for recovery of money in the civil Court of your concerned jurisdictional area. If the money was transferred by any means other than cash and have a record in bank than you can also intimate a summary suit against the other side. Thank you.

A.Dear Client
Since you have given money to someone and as you say you have all the documentary evidence to prove that they have taken money form you then send them a legal notice to recover your money and if required then file a civil case against them.
