Sir/Madam,
I got registered a residential plot in Oct 2020 in Uttar Pradesh. I work in different state Dakhil kharij is not yet done in tehsildar office but same is done in related municipality. Please advise me on following:
1. Do I have to do mutation in Tehsildar office also alongwith municipality or is it same.
2. If yes, What is the step by step procedure and documents required?
3. Can I do it on my own without any middle man?
4. How much does it cost for the entire process?
Note: online application is not available for registration prior to 27Nov 2020.
Thank you

A.Dear Client
Mutation is done at the land revenue and record department of the state after the sale deed is registered with the subregistrar. You need to find out that in your locality who has been given the power for mutation and then get it done with that office.
Yes you an do all this yourself but if you hire a professional it will be easier for you.
