Can I work work on private job wih a government job (without inform both) ?
And time of filling form16 never inform about other job?
But at time of ITR filling, I will submit total tax.
Is it possible?

A.Dear client,
No, you cannot do this as it will be against the rules and regulations of the jobs and hence, illegal. Even if you submit the full amount, you cannot do this. However, if the private job you are referring to involves self-employment and is home based such as tuitions, etc. then it may be permissible depending upon your organisations rules.
Thank you.

A.Dear Client
When you are working as full time employee then you are not allowed to have dual employment on full time basis. You can do come consultation work or teaching work if your organization allows you to do so but dual employee none of the organization will allow. You will also have issue with your tax filing.
