Cutoff date for the post of Assistant Professor by WBCSC Cutoff date for the post of Assistant Professor by WBCSC

Sir, WBCSC published an advertisement for the mentioned post cited in the subject on 31.12.2020 and set the cutoff date for all qualification 15.02.2021, which was the last date of submission of application. Further, WBCSC extended the last date of submission to 15.03.2021, but do not mentioned about the cutoff date. Recently, they start taking interviews and we found the cutoff date was not extended as the submission date. I got my ph.d. after 15.02.2021 but before 15.03.2021. Therefore I will not get my ph.d. marks. So my question is do I have any choice legally? Is it legal from the perspective of WBCSC? Thank you.

A.Dear client,
You can file an appeal petition praying the competent court to allow your p. hd marks as they are published before the last date of submission and not accepting such, would cause prejudice against you.
Thank you

A.Dear Client
For this you need to send a RTI to the WBCSC and find out about it and when you have the right information then you can basis that information challenge the action of the WBCSC in High Court. First find out the right information from them.
