Registry Marriage but social marriage not done

After registry marriage social marriage cancel because bride not interested to marry me, not a single day we live together.can they apply for any alimony from me?
Yes, she can ask for alimony from you. However, as a defence, you can claim that since you have not lived together for a single day and she has been sustaining herself for so long, you are not under any obligation to pay her alimony. Moreover, either you or she can file for annulment of marriage or divorce.

A.Registry marriage is enough to prove that marriage legally happened so yes they can claim alimony but you can defend your case stating that the marriage in reality did not even sustain for a day and state your reasons accordingly. Anyhow to avoid any such situation you and your wife will need to annul such marriage from the Court of law by filing petition for annulment of marriage by mutual consent wherein if she's not interested in alimony she can relinquish her rights therein and so there is no question of any future claims to be made by her. If your existing legal marriage is not annulled with due course of law than it will not make second marriage of either of you valid or legal in the eyes of law. Hence further you can take the decision. Thank you.
If you have done the registered marriage under Special Marriage Act then legally you both are husband and wife and regardless of whether you have done social marriage or not to get separated you will have to file a divorce case through the court. And yes the wife can ask for maintenance.
