Director/CEO of Mobile App be held responsible for hateful post

I am Director of Pvt Ltd Company. We are getting a social networking mobile app developed from a company.It is under development and will be launched after 3-4 months. My App will have terms and conditions that anti-national/obsence/hateful etcposts cannot be posted. My query is that even then some user posts such material will Director be held responsible for the same? To be safe from this should a CEO be appointed and he should look after the day to day affairs. If any legal notice/complaint/FIR is made by Govt authorities then will Director has to face it in this case or CEO will have to face it

what you are trying to do does carry a great risk of being embroiled in these stuffs where you and your team will be called for and questioned on regular basis. If you have been keeping a tab on the news item then even Twitter and facebook are being questioned in many countries by authorities.
Also whenever a cyber crime will be done through your app then the police from different regions will be sending you a notice under Sec 91A of CrPC to provide them with all the information. when your business grows then you will need a dedicated team to handle all these grievances and queries.
I would suggest that you need to build a strong legal team within the company to guide you and your company on a regular basis.
