Neighbour has opened Nursing Home

My question is that neighbour has opened nursing home due to that I get blood clotted cotton and band in my campus. What is the rule for Nursing Home? It is completely added to my home wall.My Pet picks that cotton and I fear if they can be infected. Even child be afraid when they see the blood clotted cotton. Please suggest.

First of all has he got all the applicable licenses and permission to run a nursing home from a residential complex? You need to find out that. Basis your information you can write to the local authorities to look in to the matter and close the nursing home. If the local authority is not doing anything then file a writ petition against them in High Court.
