Can the amount of compensation mentioned in a (Civil suit) notice, be changed later to higher/lower amount while filing the suit in court?
Basically can one file the suit in court with a different compensation amount than that mentioned in notice sent earlier to the accused?

Also can be there two different lawyers, one for notice and later another for actual court procedures? If one can hire a lawyer different from the one who sent the notice? Will be there any issue with this? Do one need the permission from the lawyer who sent the notice for this?

A.Dear Sir,
Answer to both of your questions is “Yes”. You can mention higher amount in the suit and also select another Advocate at the time of filing suit. No permission (NOC) is required from the Advocate who issued notice to file suit by another Advocate.

A.Dear Client
Regardless of whatever amount is asked in the Legal notice one can ask for any compensation amount less or more and there is no bar to that but yes if the court is wishing to know why then you must have an answer.
Yes one lawyer can send the legal notice and another lawyer can file the case and there is no problem with it. No permission needed from a lawyer for the same.
