getting marry foreign girl in India

Hello, I am Kaushik i am 28 and divorcee Hindu guy, My girlfriend is Muslim and from Indonesia, Now we decided to get marry and settle in India, She have 2 kids but one is with her ex husband and one is with her, She is ready to accept Hinduism and live with my family here. She is alone now means her parents are not talking with her anymore, so what procedure we have to for marriage and change her son father name with me ? What would be procedure for study here and what if my girlfriend wants to work ?
