Sir, i from Telangana, i am the successor of inamdhar, as per inam act on the cut off date, inamdhars names are showing in Pattadar Column in pahani & cultivators name is showing in possession column. And many possessors got ORC without consent of inamdhars/successors from 1980 on wards. can i have right to challenge and cancel such ORC's and what are inamdhar successors rights please explain.

A.Dear Client,
You can apply before the Special tribunal but there is a limitation period of 30 days but can be extended depending upon case to case. Please share more details for further suggestions.
