I wanted to know the further procedures required if anyone is trying to blackmail ne to put my private moments video online

You can go to the nearest police station and file an FIR. You can also visit your nearest cyber crime department and lodge an FIR. After you have lodged an FIR the Police will take necessary action against the blackmailer.
