LAND GRABBING by my neighbour LAND GRABBING by my neighbour

Hi,

My land was grabbed by my neighbour without our consent 15 years before. This caused our pathway to travel and much difficulty for movement.

-What should be the next legal step on this?
- Can i file compensation against the neighbour as we are troubled a lot because of the pathway?

Thanks,

A.Dear Sir,
It seems you are sleeping over your rights for the last 15 years thus he may claim that he has perfected his title by way of adverse possession. Always take defence that recently for the last 2-3 years he has grabbed your land that is pathway and file a suit for recovery of possession and mandatory injunction.
