Civil -Long continuous position with defective title

Long continuous position with defective title and revenue records will give owner ship??? Defective title means few of owners in partision deed missed signatures in 1960 documents..based on 1960 documents few more registrations also done...????
A.Dear Sir,
If you are a co-sharer you cannot be entitled to claim title by way of adverse possession. Otherwise you may file a suit for declaration to declare yourself as a owner on the basis of adverse possession for more than 12 years.
