सर मैं एक student हूं। Government जॉब की तैयारी करता हूं और मेरे ऊपर आईपीसी 315 का केस एक महिला द्वारा झूठे तरीके से लगाया जा रहा है, जिसमे मैं जिस दिन घटना के लिए लगा रही है उस दिन मैं नहीं था, घर पे।
सर मुझे advise करिए मेरे करियर का सवाल है।
मैं बहुत डरा हुआ हूं।

You can file to quash the FIR under 482 CrPC before the concerned Hon'ble High Court. If the court is satisfied with the statements made by you and thinks that quashing the FIR will serve in the interest of justice then the court shall quash the FIR and you will be free from all charges alleged against you.
