A.Your legal solution based on two points.
1stly, you nature of loan taken from different Banks.
2ndly, for harasment and mental torture or physical injuries you may go for Dometic violence court , under which you can get solution for both payment of loan EMI and and libility to pay such loan and may get order for prohibiting him for ill treating and torturing .

A.I cannot go by just what you said here as one cannot take loan in the name of another person. You must have signed some documents in the Bank, and for that either you must be having some income source or asset. How the borrowed amount was used is a matter between you and your husband, Bank cannot be made liable for any misutilisation.

A.Madam, first of all without your consent the loan will have not passed and disbursed in your account bcz in proposal form the sign is mandatory for getting a loan.even otherwise there is no issue whether you have taken loan or ur husband in your name.
As far as both issues are concerned then both the issues r separate issue for that you have to take separate action.
1. For loan.. contact to branch manager or senior authority regarding your present situation for settlement purpose if the bank official will negotiate the amount of remaining emi's.
2. File a petition under DV act and mention all these fact and take order from the court for remaining amount which u have to pay to bank.
And for further knowledge , u have to consult to me.

A.Hello
You made first police report against your husband for such bank fraud due to which he harrased you and tortured divorce.
Further you made representation to the respective bank about the loan.
Further you file a case under domestic violence act.

A.You can recover the amount due to the banks from your husband if you can show that the loan amount has been used by your husband for personal use. But he cannot divorce you unless you wish to get separated

A.when you don' t have any source of income, taking loan under your name and not repaying it amounts to cruelty under the Hindu Marriage act and Domestic violence act.You can submit a petition to the protection officer and seek necessary relief.
