How to withdraw my self from my family officially.

I'm now 21 years old. I live in Calcutta for my studies, My dad stopped sending me money for the last three months since the marriage of his eldest son. My Dad is a divorcee. I'm staying here with one of my uncle and auntie from five years. Now I want to officially sever all ties with my father and accept my uncle as my father and my auntie as my mother and my uncle and auntie have no objection to this at all. I don't want any complications in this matter. Please guide me what is the legal procedure?

Ask your uncle and aunty to adopt you officially and thus you will become adopted son of them or ask them to file a suit for declaration claiming yourself as foster son of your uncle and aunty. Or you may file a suit for permanent injunction claiming severance from your natural parents and they will not be allowed to interfere into your private life in future.
There is no formal legal procedure for withdrawing oneself from his/her family in India. It's also worth noting that once you're a major, you won't need your parents' permission to do anything you want because you'll be self-sufficient. If you are a major, you can write in the newspaper that you are no longer living with your parents and that you have no relationship with them.
