Mental Harassment at work place

A female contractual employee has filed a complaint against me for mental harassment. I never did anything wrong but faces severe charges by the girl and now have to submit reply against memo given by department for misconduct.

You have to take expert advise before filing such reply and you must deny all such non-sense allegations. You must dig in the history of her character and her past and get know whether she had lodged similar contacts in her past career etc.

You need to be very careful when you are replying to such kind of allegation and memo as whatever you submit can be later used if the complainant goes to the police or court after the internal enquiry is over. So, better get in touch with a lawyer and draft the letter accordingly.
