A.Dear Sir,
Ordinarily it being a serious offence no bail will be granted and his abscondance itself proves that he is guilty of such offence of murder.

A.Dear Client,
Granting Bail in Non-Bailable matters like 302 IPC is a discretionary power of the court and the court may or may not grant such Bail depending on the case. But nevertheless, the accused will have to surrender himself before the police.
Thank you

A.Dear Client
Most probably he will not get the bail as it is Section 302 first of all and second that he is absconding. Basis these two reasons it will be almost impossible to get bail but given on the facts and circumstances he may get it and it all depends on all the information about the case.
