Online Scam laptop sale Online Scam laptop sale

From a Quikr AD I talked with a Dubai person claimed to be from Jumbo Electronics, Dubai with an Indian phone number. He said MSI Laptop is Rs.21000 while actual cost is more than a lakh. Greed grabbed me and went for the deal. Asked to pay Rs.5000 as shipping cost, balance on delivery. Then started the real picture. He called and said that they have sent 10 Laptops to me by mistake and asked to sell the others. I was suspicious but as I have paid the initial money was focused on getting the laptop at any cost. Then he demanded more money in the name of Tax, COVID Protocol, etc.. Till now I have paid almost Rs.27500. Then he gave a delivery person number who asked Rs.13,500 for Customs duty. Alarmingly I contacted the original Jumbo electronics to find out that they never sell laptops in that price or ship outside UAE and do not have a person named Hafeez working with them. I have sent money to Bank accounts with Indian names at Maharashtra. Is there a way to reclaim the lost amount by freezing these persons' bank accounts by providing all the details? Kindly advice me.
