A.Dear Client,

A general category person can't buy a land belonging to SC / ST category through direct purchase. He has to take permission from the relative authority for buying such lands.

A.Dear Client
Buying of property from SC/ST by a general category person has lots of restrictions and know them well and decide you should visit the office of the local tehsildar or the circle office as they will be in a better position to help you with this.
