Sir i have received message from Krazy bee loan app they send me one message to pay rupees 15692 they didn't give loan but they send me message to pay

If you have not taken any loan then you can just ignore the message and move on but suppose if they contact you for further then ask the to send a letter or mail for the repayment so that you can take legal action against them. It might have happened that some of your friends or known person would have taken the loan and they are reaching out to you for that payment of loan.
