Seller giving different land for physical possession
2 years ago
My father had bought a land from undivided land of a person in 2010, after my father's death in 2014 the property is now transferred on my mother's and my name, but we don't have any physical possession on this property, and now the person is refusing that he will not give us the land which he has shown at that time, and will give the land elsewhere on this undivided land, how can i get the same land back?
A.Dear Client
What the seller is trying to do is not ok and you should not agree for the same. In the Deed they must have provided the demarcation of the piece of the land which your father had bought from them. So, you should ask for the same as demarcated to save yourself from any legal issues in future.
