Actually one of my friend's boyfriend blackmailing her to not to talk anyone else otherwise he will public personal things about them and torture about family respect etc. And that girls is fearing to talk to anyone about this and caring about her family and the that boy is controlling her emotions and her life. Plz suggest what to do she is likely going in depression

Tell that person that what is doing is already a crime as he is threatening a female and if he publicizes anything like that the he will be committing crime under Section 509 of IPC and Section 67 and 67A of the Information technology Act and for that he will be booked under the law.
