No easement given to neighbours but they make problem. They sold their properties but it's with my property as a pathway. I have stay over it in highcourt. What to do.

A.Dear Client,
As per the facts mentioned, as you have stay order over the property then you may do whatever you wish with your property, if the neighbors still try to cross by your property then you can stop them.

A.Dear Client
If you have the stay order from the High Court then they can not use your land as a pathway and you have all the rights to ask them to stop it or you can erect a boundary to stop them. If they have any issue then they should go to the court to seek relief.
