Kidnapping Case Matter
I have been revoked under IPC sections 363 and 365 which are now in civil court. What should I do in this? While I have been falsely implicated in this case.
A.Dear Client,
As kidnapping is a criminal offence then the civil court doesn’t have jurisdiction for such case.

There is some ambiguity in your question as criminal cases can not be taken up in civil courts as they do not have such jurisdictions. Please elaborate on what do you mean by that these cases are now in civil courts. You can also reach out to a lawyer and speak about it to get better clarity
