what value of non- Judicial stamp paper is required for making a Memorandum of Understanding in Chhattisgarh
A.Dear Client
In general whenever we make a Memorandum of Understanding which is not to eb registered we use Rs.100/- worth stamp aper for the same. Similarly you can also do so unless you are planning to get the MoU registered with the sub-registrar.

A.Dear Client,
MOUs are usually exempt from stamp duty. If the MOU includes a purchase agreement for immovable property worth more than Rs. 100/- and you need to present it in court, it should be stamped.
Thank you
