Interim order for respondent
I have filed a writ petition in the High Court against any recruitment process, in the interim order of the first hearing, the court department has been asked to respond by reserving a post for the candidate, the reply has also come by the respondent but the date of hearing is now April If yes, will the post have been secured by the department or will everything be clear after the final hearing?
A.Dear Sir,
Interim orders to be extended each time and one fine day they will comply the court order and they may say you are
appointed. You may succeed because normally such order may be given unless you have a good case.

If the court has passed an interim order to reserve a post for the candidate then in all likelihood they would have done or if not done then they will come back to the court and tell the reason why they could not reserve a seat. So, by the next date you will be in a position to know all about it.
A.Dear Client,
Unless the order specifies otherwise, interim orders (because they are temporary in nature) will continue until a new order is made. Therefore, till the final order is made your post will be secured.
Thank you
