My wife filed 498& DVC against me and my family members in 2019.

I filed Divorce in November 2021
Court reffered us to councelling

We have gone for councelling and in councelling my wife clearly stated she is not interested in living with me and she will give Divorce

We had first date after councelling on Jan 8 2022 however she left India on 5 Jan 2022 without taking court permission

She Gave GPA on her brother name but court did not accept that GPA

What ways do i have to settle these matters soon. Please advise

A.Dear Sir,
You may insist the court to take her objections as not filed and to record your evidence and to pronounce judgment.

A.Dear Client
The GPA does not work in the case of matrimonial disputes and the parties have to appear in person to he court assisted by its advocate on record. Since in your case the other party, your wife, has appeared and if she does not appear for few times then the court will pass an ex parte order in your favour.
