Here I want to describe my condition as follows -
My brother got married in Oct 2021. My father passed away in 2009 since than my mother raised 3 children including one son and 2 daughter's, one sister got married in 2014 and I am unmarried. All 3 members of my family (including brother, mother and me) are working. Now after 3 months of marriage she don't want to live together. I don't know what is the reason but she keep telling us that she can't be with us, she is torturing my brother in every manner like money, that she will not give birth to his child, she is not marriage Material etc.
She used to go out with her friends without asking or informing anybody. From the very 1st day of marriage she wants to live separately with my brother only.
Last week she fell ill and went to her sister's house she msgd my brother that ki tum to mujhe maar hi donge 15 din se ghr pe hi hun baahr nhi nikli. Even usse pehle hi bhai unko leke gya tha ultrasound krvane due to pain in stomach.
She even told my brother that if you can't give money to me than ask your mother or sister to give me for my expenses. We are doing everything for house everything is available in house still my brother is giving 2000 for expenses plus her shopping is additional.
After analysing every situation what I think is that she was not ready for marriage earlier but her parents forces her due to dispute in her own family. We talked with her parents as well but they said that they spent 5 lakh on marriage and will take their daughter with them.
Last week she said that she want divorce but now messaging my brother that "she can't live with your mother and sister and now you decide" and also saying that she will not give divorce on any condition.

Please suggest that what should we do.
Even now we are scared that she can give any statement.
Kindly suggest.

A.Dear Client,
In this case, you must hire a divorce attorney. He/she will guide you all the necessary requirements for seeking a divorce when one party refuses to give. Further, the court can grant a divorce on the basis of mental cruelty which the wife is causing.
Thankyou.
