If a schizophrenia patient grope girl in bus.Girl don't file FIR.But a third person record it on camera and upload on social media.Will he granted bail under section 84? Will such case can be compromised?

A.Dear Sir,
It is not so serious offence and the weak point is the witness has not lodged any complaint as such the Accused may get bail.

A.Dear Client,
The accused might get bail depending on the specifics of the FIR and surely his mental health will be considered at the time of any decision.
